Snowend
This game was created as an entry for GMTK Game Jam 2025.
Note: This is a short demo version with 4 levels, created in under 4 days for the jam.
In this jungle, there is no end… or perhaps, there is Snowend.
Deep within an ancient jungle, Snow, a young shaman, embarks on a journey to purge a mysterious corrupting miasma. Guided by her two loyal owl spirits, he must traverse the dying forest and restore its life before it’s too late.
Every time Snow falls, the cycle begins again… but not everything resets. The ancestral totems preserve his progress, turning each death into a new opportunity to overcome the jungle’s trials.
Can you break the cycle and free the jungle from its curse?

I love this game. I really enjoy the feeling and the idea. The only things that could make this game better would be a note in the controls that tells you that you can sometimes do wall jumps and jump higher if you hold space. When I died at the end of the level it sometimes felt quite long until you back to the position, so I feel like sprinting could add a lot. Those are all the negative points I could find though. Graphics and gameplay wise it was simply awesome :D
